Using Chatbots to Enhance the LMS Experience

In 2021, I presented remotely at iDesignX on how we used chatbot technology to enhance the LMS experience at Northern Health. The presentation explored how we designed and implemented a rule-based chatbot using Twine, Landbot and Zapier to guide staff toward suitable digital learning solutions during the rapid transition to online education.

I shared our process from identifying the problem of information overload through to prototyping, implementation, branding, analytics, and future opportunities for personalised learning support and LMS integration.
